CONGRATS AND THANK YOU... A huge thank you to all the staff, students and band that came out Friday to send off Ryan to the State Cross Country meet. It was great to have that support for one of our athletes representing our school at State. While Ryan did not run his best time, he did break our schools state meet record. Congratulations on a great season Ryan. We are very proud of you.

DRILL TEAM... Please have apparel orders into the activities office as soon as possible. Reminder to Competition Squad - practice from 4:30 to 6 p.m. all this week in the high school gym.

CROSS COUNTRY... Reminder that the Cross Country banquet is this Thursday at the Pizza Ranch in Vinton at 6:00. You can pick up a letter/flyer to go home to your parents in the Activities office. Also, any runner who has not turned in their bag, uniform, warm-up and water bottle, please do so ASAP to the activities office.

JV CHEERLEADERS... need to turn in their uniforms and decals to Mrs. James by Wednesday.

AMERICAN LIT STUDENTS... Any American Lit Students who need assistance with Microsoft Publisher during homeroom should see Mrs. Popenhagen. Your magazine articles are due, printed in color, by the beginning of fourth block today.

ALL WRESTLERS... Reminder to all...body fat testing is Wednesday this week after school. This is mandatory by the state. This will be the only time we have the doctor come to our school, so it is necessary that you attend.

NEED HELP... A Junior High wrestling meet will be after school tomorrow here at the high school. We need help moving mats out of storage tonight after school and setting them up tomorrow after the blood drive. Thanks - Coach Slifka
